Painted Pantry Blue and Porcelain
This mock-inframe shaker kitchen features a routered solid wood light grain door. The furniture is painted pantry blue and porcelain giving a warm luxurious look and feel.
The mock-inframe furniture has been used in the kitchen, walk-in pantry, and adjoining living space. It demonstrates how the style works in multiple spaces and not just the kitchen.
The kitchen features a multifunctional island that includes pastry benches with solid oak slatted shelving. The island provides seating at each end and also incorporates an under-mounted ceramic white sink with a brushed steel twin level mixer tap. An integrated dishwasher and a pull-out bin are also incorporated in the island.
A false chimney deliberately separates the tall larder units on the left side and the false larder on the right side from the range cooker and associated base units. The false larder section provides access to the walk-in pantry. The appearance is of solid structures but it's all cleverly made largely from fitted furniture.
The generous walk-in pantry provides expansive storage, a second sink, and an integrated two-zone wine cooler.
The adjoining living space continues to use the mock-inframe furniture in the pantry blue. This extends into a recessed window that incorporates a home working space.
The final piece in this design is a cloak and storage space that also includes a dog bed under the solid oak bench seating.
