Modern True Handleless Dark Graphite Kitchen

Our Chester-based customers were looking for a modern kitchen for their spacious, open plan living and kitchen area. They wanted a dark kitchen with lots of wow factor, so we specified our smooth matte slab door in graphite with a brushed brass handleless strip. For the surfaces, we used 20mm Dekton Laurent which features striking gold veining on a dark grey background.

In keeping with the aesthetic, we specified a Blanco anthracite undermount double sink with matching matte black tap and matte black AEG appliances, including single oven and compact microwave oven. On the island, we used AEG's 'Pure' hob. When not in use, the hob seamlessly blends into the worktop appearing as a pure black surface, which comes to life when switched on to show cooking zones and controls. 

For an extra touch of luxury, we designed a run of tall units with a hidden drinks station in the middle, revealed by opening the pivot-pocket doors which disappear into the units either side. Inside features warm LED lighting and mirror surfaces. We also used the same LED lighting underneath the wall units above the sink, and underneath the worktops to accentuate the brass strips and provide ambience.
