Kitchen Consultation and Initial Design
We consult with you to understand your kitchen project. If you are local we will invite you to the studio but we can also do this by phone or video call and this is what we have to do if you are not local. We will share some recent projects with and let you know what they cost.
Subject to the outcome of the initial consultation we may agree to do an initial design for you. We may ask you for a modest fee for this but this will be dependent on the nature and scale of your project. We will present the design to you and give you guide costs. Any fee paid at this stage will be deducted from the order you may pace with us.
You decide if you want to engage us further based on the service we have provided and the initial design and guide costs.
To proceed further we ask you for a £500+VAT detailed design deposit. This will be subtracted from the deposit we will ask you to pay if you do order your kitchen from us. This deposit guarantees that we will release all detailed design materials to you.
5. Detailed Design and Quote
We develop the initial design into a finalised and detailed design that will support the ordering of all materials and the installation of your new kitchen. This step can take anywhere from one to three weeks and is subject to your feedback and availability.
Based on the finalised detailed design we provide you with a formal quote for all the elements you want us to supply. We will also advise you of supply lead times and a provisional start date for installation if you are engaging us for this.
If you are happy with our quote and wish to place an order with us we will ask you to pay an order deposit in accordance with our current terms of business. We will deduct the any design related payments you have made from the order deposit.
On receipt of your order deposit we will place orders with suppliers and advise you of confirmed supply lead times. If your project is local and you are engaging us for installation we will confirm start dates with you that align with material supply timings.

7. Supply and Installation
We start receiving goods and materials from suppliers and prepare for installation. We keep you fully informed of any supply chain issues. We supply all goods and materials to you in readiness for installation.
If you are local and you have engaged us to install your kitchen we start the work when agreed.
If we are only supplying goods and materials we engage with your appointed installer and provide whatever support they may need in relation to the design.
We perform a post-project review with you to check you are 100% happy with the new kitchen. If you are not and the issue is something we can resolve then we will agree with you how we will do so.
We also check that all the warranties that apply to your kitchen have been registered.
We want you to remain in love with your new kitchen so we will regularly check back with you to ensure you are.
