Project Description

Our customer was extending the back of their property and wanted a contemporary but classic look for their kitchen. We used our popular slim shaker-style solid wood kitchen range painted in matte sage green. They chose Antolini 30mm Calacatta Borgo quartz for their worktops and upstands. A Blanco Belfast sink and brass mixer tap give a touch of tradition. The brushed brass cup and knob handles have a contemporary feel. The use of curved end moulding on the island corners and end of the base and wall units softens the overall look of the kitchen, taking away any harsh edges.

The worktops have standard edges but with radius curves on the corners to emphasise the curved corner mouldings. Drainage grooves for the sink add to traditional references.

The cooking appliances are a Neff Slide-n-Hide pyrolitic oven and Neff N70 60cm Flex Induction hob. A slide-out extractor is housed in the wall unit above the hob. A customised wall unit was made to house the free-standing microwave our customer already had.
